Order Processing
Under normal circumstances, all Pavria orders are processed within 24–72 hours after being placed.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Our Shipping Promise
At Pavria, we understand how important your pet’s wellness is. That’s why we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
If your order is intended as a gift, we will prioritise processing to help ensure timely delivery. Most orders enter our fulfilment system within 24 hours.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays or high shipping demand. If your package is taking longer than expected, we kindly ask for your patience — your order is on its way.
Returns Policy
We take great care in producing and packaging Pavria products, but we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.
Pavria offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

The product must be sealed and unopened

The item must be returned within the 30-day return window
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must follow Pavria’s Return Authorization process.
To initiate a return, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.
Once an RMA number has been issued:

The product must be shipped back within 30 days

If the return is not received within this timeframe, Pavria reserves the right to cancel the RMA
If you decide not to proceed with a return after receiving an RMA, simply notify us and the request will be cancelled.
After your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of return processing.
